Gull Lake Open For Business Heading Into The Weekend

Sunshine and tanning on Gull Lake. It’s almost business as usual for the Brainerd Lakes Area as we head into the weekend. Five days ago a violent storm rocked the Brainerd Lakes Area. And now the resorts are back on the grid.

Cragun’s Resort says they’re not too far behind. Right now some of their rooms are filled with guest, but it’s utility company workers who need a place close by to rest.

During today’s tour with local politicians the consensus is The Brainerd Lakes Area is open for business.

Cragun’s is hoping next Friday to have their guests back and Madden’s Resort is hoping to have guests back staying with them by July 28^th.
