Make it a Wrap
For each whole wheat tortilla:
Hummus
Avocado slices
Grated carrots
Thinly sliced red onion
Red pepper slices
Sunflower seeds
Baby spinach leaves
Roll it up. Eat.
Or, roll it up in waxed paper to pack for lunch.
