Summer Tuna Avocado Salad

Fresh greens of choice
1 (5-ounce) can white albacore tuna
1/2 of an avocado, chopped
1/4 cup finely diced radish
1/4 cup minced chives
fresh lime juice
olive oil
salt and pepper

Arrange greens on two salad plates. Top each portion with half of tuna. Arrange avocado on each salad. Top with diced radish and chives. Splash a bit of lime juice over each portion and drizzle with olive. Sprinkle with a pinch of coarse salt and a little freshly ground black pepper. Eat and enjoy. Makes 2 servings
