Good Food, Good Life, 365 – Siracha Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs with a Kick

Eggs, hard-boiled

Dijon mustard

Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing

Avocado, chopped

Sriracha Sauce

Salt, to taste
Chopped chives, for garnish

Peel eggs, Carefully cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a shallow bowl. Set whites aside.
Mash yolks with a fork. Add avocado and mash with yolks. Add salad dressing until you reach desired consistency. Add a squirt of Dijon mustard. Mix.

Add a small squirt of Sriracha. Be careful–it’s hot!

Taste and season with salt, if necessary.

Transfer mixture to a heavy-duty zip-top bag. Use a scissors to snip off one of the bottom corners to create a small hole. Fill egg whites by squeezing yolk mixture into the hollows. Place on serving platter and sprinkle with chopped chives, for garnish.
