Muesli in Minutes
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups mixed nuts and seeds (walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds)
1 cup mixed dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, goji berries)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Layer ingredients in a container. Seal and shake to mix. Eat with dairy or non-dairy milk or yogurt. Or, just sprinkle over a spoonful of nut butter. Yum!
