Good Food, Good Life, 365 – Homemade Granola

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • teaspoon of vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Combine sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, and dried fruit in large bowl.  Melt coconut oil, brown sugar, honey and salt in a small sauce pan.  Mix oil/sugar mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla. Press mixture into 9×13 pan lined with parchment paper.
