Good Food, Good Life, 365 – Guilt-Free Picnic Dip

Guilt-Free Picnic Dip

1/2 of a large red bell pepper or 1 small red bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into large chunks
1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or more, to taste
1/4 teaspoon cayenne, or more, to taste
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until it reaches desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and cover tightly. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. Makes about 1 cup.
