Good Food, Good Life, 365 – Green Scene No-Bake Energy Bites

Green Scene No-Bake Energy Bites

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup local honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels

Using a strong spoon and some muscle, mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly blended. Let mixture chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll into 24 balls. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
