For about nine months Rick Pechia of Remer, Minnesota has been building a one of a kind fence.

But he had to quit working on the fence about two weeks ago when a representative of Inguadona Township approached him about taking the fence down.

The township has a 66 foot wide road right of way that they believe the fence is violating and limiting for possible future expansions. But Pechia that other residents are already violating this standard.

Pechia has reached out to the Cass County Environmental Services department about this situation along with a representative of the Inguadona township. The County said when its a road right of way issue that the township handles the situation because it deals with a service provided within.
