Robots are now more accessible to the Brainerd community.

The Brainerd Public Library launches its first robotics exploration class, a start to its effort to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) programs within the community.

Families are able to play with robots like Sphero, BB8’s “cousin” and DASH the robot for free. The class is taught by instructor John Tomonovich from the Brainerd Community Education. It is also funded by the MidMinnesota Federal Credit Union.

The next class returns Tuesday, May 24th, along with more programs like these all summer long.
