Everything Expo Showcases A Little Bit Of Everything The Brainerd Lakes Area Has To Offer

Families in the Brainerd Lakes Area can come out to see Clifford the Big Red Dog and Lakeland PBS at the Everything Expo this weekend.

The Everything Expo is an annual tradition put on by the Brainerd Lakes Chamber and Hubbard Radio that brings over 150 local business exhibitors together in Brainerd. The event is a combination of two previous events, the Brainerd Lakes Marketplace and Hubbard Radio’s Outdoor Show.

“To give our businesses and opportunity to display their product lines and their services to thousands of people all in one place, all in a two-day period. We want to get great exposure for Brainerd Lakes Area businesses, and also it’s a great way for our citizens in our area to come and see all these businesses,” explained Sue Galligan, Brainerd Lakes Chamber Events and Connections Manager.

The event was started as a way for the Chamber of Commerce and Hubbard Radio to showcase the variety of businesses and organizations in and around the Brainerd Lakes Area. The event takes place every spring and welcomes over 4,000 visitors each year.

“It’s a great opportunity for our businesses that advertise with us to do something visual and one-to-one. It’s really hard to beat. We can tell people about what different businesses do, but it’s that opportunity to go and meet people face to face,” said Bill Satre, Hubbard Radio personality.

The Everything Expo is held at the Essentia Health Sports Center in Brainerd and will take place on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 for adults, and children 10 and younger are free.
