Emily Clinic Open House

People in the Emily area have a new local option for health care. Essentia Health hosted an open house event today in its new Emily Clinic.
The clinic’s patients will transfer from Crosslake, Crosby, and even more distant locations.
One physician, one physician’s assistant, two nurses, and two receptionists complete the six member staff.
The team provides primary care to adults and children, obstetrics, lab services, x-rays, and an Insty Meds machine.
The machine should reduce long trips to pharmacies by providing commonly prescribed, urgent medications.
The medical staff will begin seeing patients on September 29th.
