Final Update: Multiple Injuries From Bemidji School Bus Rollover Crash

A school bus and one vehicle were involved in an accident just north of Bemidji; it happened approximately at 7:30 a.m.

The school bus No. 25 rolled over on Movil Lake Road and Irvine. A passenger car struck the rear of the bus causing it to land in the ditch on its side.

One student was airlifted after his arm was pinned between a seat and bus. Five students were taken from the scene by ambulance.

Students involved were taken to Sanford Health for examination and will be transported to their school, according to Superintendent of Schools Dr. Jim Hess.

Multiple helicopters and ambulances were on the scene.

Sheriff Phil Hodapp spoke to Lakeland News and shared details about the accident and injuries.
