Drop Out Prevention Symposium

Graduation rates in Minnesota stood at just over 80 percent in 2014. Five of the remaining twenty percent of students dropped out. Operation Graduate, a program created by Northwest Technical College instructor John Eggers, hopes to reach a 100 percent graduation rate in the state, and a May symposium featuring northern Minnesota teens was a start.
