Drive-By Shooting Leaves One Injured

A man is now hospitalized after a drive-by shooting in Cass Lake on Sunday.

The incident occurred just after 11 a.m. Officers arrived at the scene and were told a gunshot victim, 26-year-old Robert Sayers of Golden Valley, had been taken to a hospital.

Sayers was then flown to Sanford Hospital in Fargo, N.D.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting the Cass County Sheriff’s Office with investigating this case.
