Deer Season Limits Recreational Riding

During the 2016 State firearms deer hunting season recreational riding is prohibited when passing through Crow Wing County public lands.

Restrictions are in effect November 5-20, inclusive, in Zone 1A (north of CR #1 and east of State Highway 6) and November 5-13, inclusive, in Zone 2A. Restrictions don’t apply to deer hunters with a valid deer license to operate an off-highway vehicle before or after legal shooting hours.

Recreational users of county forest lands should wear blaze orange while out in the field.
