Deer River Man, Bagley Woman Accused of Felony Meth Trafficking

A Deer River man and a Bagley woman are charged with felony possession of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture or deliver.

Samuel Hager and Kelsey Morgan were arrested in Grand Forks County in North Dakota. Both made initial appearances in court Tuesday, and both have a preliminary hearing and/or arraignment scheduled for March 17th.
