Deer River Faces Storm Recovery

Power was out for all of Deer River on Wednesday afternoon.

Strong storms passed through the area on Tuesday, sending trees to the ground and damaging electricity lines.

The Red Cross has stepped in, providing food, water and hygiene facilities to locals who are without power. These services can also be found in Ball Park.

People in need are asked to call 2-1-1 for help.
