Deceased Man Found by Deerstand

According to a press release published by the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Todd Dahl reported that on November 19 at 3:47 p.m. a 65-year-old man was found deceased in Ross Lake Township.

The male was from St. Louis Park and was located by a friend lying in the snow a short distance from a deer stand. He was transported to Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.

Foul play is not suspected and it appears the male may have had a medical emergency. His name is not being released so family members have time to notify relatives.
