Dairy Days 2014

The Dairy Days event celebrated farmers and brought out the Lakes Area dignitaries Wednesday. Local celebrities participated in cow-milking, bale-tossing and frozen custard-eating. The event brought farmers into the city to showcase their dairy products, which were well-received. Culver’s of Baxter donated $350 to the Brainerd Future Farmers of America. Minnesota House of Representatives District 10B Republican Candidate Dale Lueck won the milking contest, and Lakeland’s own Shane Lee three-peated as the custard-eating champion.
