Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area Bike Trails To Close

Bike trails within the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area are set to close in November, according to a release provided by the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Crew.

The bike trails will be closing 12 A-M Friday, November 4th through midnight on Sunday November 20th because of the upcoming MN DNR Firearms Deer Season, according to the release. Weather permitting the trails will reopen Monday, November 21st at 8 A-M.

The Crew reminds bikers in the release that upon Monday, November 21st, trails will be contingent with freeze/thaw cycles of winter.  Trails may be firm in the A-M, but usually dips below 32 degrees at night.
