In this follow up to our previous oil transport discussion, host Ray Gildow welcomes guests Paul Stolen from the MN DNR (Retired) and Paul Eberth, Project Director from Enbridge. The discussion will center on the proposed oil pipeline route through northern Minnesota, and will address the issue of whether a full EIS should be required before any decisions are made.
