Crow Wing County Receives Top Honor

For the third consecutive year, Crow Wing County has been awarded the Certificate for Excellence in Financial Reporting and the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA).

Crow Wing County received the award for its 2015 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). This award is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting.

Crow Wing County is also one of only 16 counties in the State of Minnesota that have achieved this award, according to the County Administrator’s Office.
