Crosslake Businesses Up to Some Shenanigans for St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations

COVID-19 has canceled yearly events since the start of the pandemic, and it claimed its newest victim when Crosslake canceled their annual St. Patrick’s Day parade.

An event that takes six months to plan, and sees people travel from all over, was canceled 60 days before its party date. The parade is usually the biggest single-day revenue producer of the year in Crosslake.

With the passion to still celebrate the holiday, Crosslake has put together some last minute shenanigans. Businesses are participating in events like the Lucky Leprechaun Amazing Race, an app-based game which gives participants the chance to win prizes by checking in at local shops and finishing tasks.

Each business participating will offer their own prizes. The winner of the prizes will be announced Sunday morning.
