Cowboy Jacks No Longer Coming to Bemidji, JJ Astors will be Replacement

Cowboy Jack’s foray into the Bemidji Market has proved to be short-lived, as in not at all.

The restaurant previously announced plans to open last winter in the Country Inn and Suites by the Sanford Center.

But after many delays Lakeland News has learned the Cowboy Jacks franchise will not be a part of the hotel.

Instead, a JJ Astor restaurant is now planned to open in that space.

That restaurant has applied to the city for a liquor license and sources tell us a soft opening is planned for sometime in March.

JJ Astor also has a restaurant in Duluth.
