Cost of Paint Increases with New Recycling Program

Each year, 650 million gallons of architectural paint is sold in the United States, and 10% of that paint goes unused. The new Paint Care program has come up with a solution, the Stewardship recycling program, which went into effect November 1st. The Stewardship recycling program has increased the price of paint per gallon by 75 cents.
