Confidence Learning Center Hosts Annual Special Olympics Winter Carnival

Students from all over central Minnesota got to take part in the Confidence Learning Center’s 45th annual Region 5 Special Olympics Winter Carnival last week. It was an opportunity for those with cognitive and developmental disabilities to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as snow tubing and ATV rides.
