Community Spotlight-Unlimited Learning

War, poverty, economics, health… You name the subject, and people will form opinions on it.
The Unlimited Learning “Great Decisions” program allows people to learn about the issues and discuss multiple views.
The program offers literature and videos for background information, then gathers the people for discussion.
This particular discussion features food and climate change.
Following the the small group session, the large assembly focuses on over-population, why it is happening, and the effects.
Nobody in the group knows how to stop the increasing population.
The answers may escape the discussion participants, but at least they have learned about the issues, and have heard multiple opinions, to help form their own thoughts.
