Common Ground: David Dobbs – Painter

David Dobbs of Grand Rapids, MN demonstrates his painting process from beginning to end at an artists’ space at the top of Old Central School. Dobbs collects glitched images of online media caused by poor wi-fi connections and other technical errors which he then paints, pixel by pixel to make a new image, more than the sum of its constituent parts.
