City of Walker Celebrates Completed Circle of Time

The city of Walker gathered Thursday evening for a dedication ceremony to celebrate their completed Circle of Time.

Back in 2008 plans began and by 2011 their were six statues unveiled.

Thursday marked the completion of the circle, with the last seven taking their places.
