Cats Tossed Away By Owner Into Dog Enclosure

Two cats were thrown over a six foot tall pet shelter fence after workers told the owner that they could not accept same day intakes. At first, the unidentified man appears to leave but then reverses his car and opens the trunk. Suddenly, a black cat can be seen thrown over the fence into an enclosure for dogs. The executive director of Great River Rescue in Bemidji says he is bringing the footage to the police tomorrow in order to press charges for animal cruelty.
