Burglaries In Bemidji Put Residents On Edge

A recent string of burglaries across town have some residents concerned. In the last month, there have been 19 reported burglaries to the Bemidji Police and Beltrami County Sheriff’s department combined. While some of the thefts occurred at unoccupied houses, at least one of the victims was home when the crime happened. Both departments continue to look for the perpetrator, group, or groups responsible for the thefts.
