BSU Foundation Sells Old Bemidji High School Property

The Bemidji State University Foundation recently sold the old Bemidji High School property, located off of 15th Street and Bemidji Avenue, to local developers.

The Peterson Developers plan to develop the land for University Heights, a student housing complex that will serve as a modern student residential housing.

The apartments will be a mix of 3 or 4 bedroom units and will include a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, plus a washer and dryer.

The first building will begin it’s first stages this summer and will be competed by the fall of 2016.

The second building will offer 6000 square feet for retail businesses on the first floor, and three levels of student housing above.
