Brainerd Police Department Seeks the Public’s Help Locating Missing Girl

What started off as a magical night at the Miss Brainerd United States Pageant ended in panic as 15-year-old contestant Ayla Madsen disappeared without a trace. It’s been six days since the pageant took place at the Washington Education Center and the Brainerd Police Department is still asking the public’s help for any information regarding her disappearance.

The Madsen family and the Brainerd Police department do not think any foul play is involved in her disappearance they instead believe that she decided to run away.

Her family says that she has always been an outgoing child but recent events may have been the reason for her decision.

The Brainerd Police Department plans to continue the search until she is found.
