The Brainerd High School Girls Gymnastics team has kicked off their season to a perfect start winning their first three meets. Under the realm of new head coach Seth Helland who has watched most of these girls grow into his current leaders on the squad, he knows what they’re capable of this season.

Although Helland has taken the head coach position this year for the Brainerd girls gymnastics team, he’s known this group for much longer.

The four junior captains make up part of the very first group he ever coached, so he’s gotten to see them develop over time.
And although seeing that perfect record by their name is an accomplishment, the team is eager for more.

Coach says the skill level of this team is right where it needs to be, now it’s just cleaning up little things and putting it together on all the events consistently.
