Brainerd City Council Lays Out New Fee Schedule, Regulates Burning Restrictions

The Brainerd City Council passed two ordinances at its last meeting. One ordinance laid out a fee schedule for the city, which saw several changes from the previous one, and the second ordinance set regulations on burning restrictions within the city.
