Brainerd City Council Discuss Levy Increase

Since August the council has been going through the budget to distribute money to different departments that are in need as well as reviewing ways that they can lower the rising levy.

Tonight at the council meeting they were able to agree to look further into some future decisions that will reduce the levy. Taxpayers will soon see a difference in their upcoming property Taxes. The council will continue to meet on the subject until they have come to an agreement.
