Video: Body of Rose Downwind Found, Two Men arrested in Connection for 2nd Degree Murder

A body authorities believe is Rose Downwind’s has been located.

Two men, 40 year-old Marchello Anthony Cimmarusti and 31 year-old Brandon Joseph Rossbach have been arrested for their roles in the case.

Christopher Davis is still a person of interest in the disappearance of Downwind, but is not in custody or awaiting formal charges in connection with her death at this time.
