Blackduck Football 2015 Preview

The time is now for Blackduck football.  Drakes fans, coaches, and players have been waiting for this team for a long time. In head coach Jeff Volk’s five years at the helm, the roster has increased from 25 to 45 players. This year, the team contains 16 seniors.

The Drakes return eight starters on offense including junior quarterback Isaac Volk, senior running back Levi Dexter, and senior Guard Tyler Jablonski. Blackduck returns eight starters on defense, as well. The Drakes worked hard in the offseason, and Volk says he liked the physical fitness from the very first practice.
