Bites For Lights Program is Shining Bright This Year

The Sunrise Sertoma of Brainerd Group and Kenwood Recycling have been collecting unused Christmas lights and extension cords for over six years. They have collected thousands of pounds of recyclable materials and donated all the proceeds to charities.

Through their efforts they have been able to help keep these materials out of the landfill.

There are several drop off locations and local business are pleased with the turn out this year.

The Sunrise Sertoma of Brainerd says they are on track to meet this years goal.
