Birchmont Drive Utility Dispute


Residents of Birchmont Drive in Northern Township had water and sewer utilities from Bemidji hooked up in 2008. Since then, they’ve filed legal action after learning they would owe a $1.4 million cost, and multiple appeals have been filed. As it turns out, a meeting on Tuesday didn’t yield much of a result.
