Bemidji Road Construction By City Park

The City of Bemidji will be starting the 23rd Street NW resurfacing project on Wednesday, August 24.

23rd Street Northwest in front of City Park from Ash Avenue to 22nd Street, will be under construction for approximately one month. City workers will remove the old pavement and resurface the road, as well as adding a short section of pedestrian trail along the City Park property.

The road will remain passable to drivers who need to access the City Park and other businesses or residences within the project.

Normal working hours for this project will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

The project is expected to be completed within 30 calendar days.
