Bemidji Middle and High Schoolers to Return to Full In-Person Learning on March 25

For the first time this school year, Bemidji Middle and High School students will be returning to a full in-person learning model on March 25 after students and faculty have had to operate in a distant or hybrid learning method for several months.

Now that secondary level students are able to get back to school buildings, schools across the state must follow strict guidelines. Schools must now create daily documentation of lunch seating charts, which would be used in contact tracing if a spread of COVID-19 becomes prevalent in school buildings. School desks must also be separated at least 3 feet apart.

Families who still wish to continue in the distance learning model do have the option to do so. The district will also continue to provide a full distance learning day on Wednesdays to allow teachers time to plan for the upcoming week.
