A Bemidji man faces three counts of drug possession and one count of selling a controlled substance. According to the Bemidji Pioneer, the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office seized marijuana, LSD, meth and cocaine while executing a search warrant on Sunday.

Brandin Charles Curtis, 20, was booked at the jail on November 20 at 11:51 P-M. He has been charged with fifth-degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, fourth-degree possession of LSD, third-degree possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and second-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, according to the Bemidji Pioneer.

In the complain, the warrant was executed at Curtis’ home after a deputy serving unrelated papers saw a package with an unknown substance on a digital scale. According to the Pioneer, deputies found 14.5 grams of methamphetamine with packing, 14.75 grams of cocaine, 15 ounces of marijuana, 19 tabs of LSD, multiple high-caliber rifles and multiple pre-paid cellphones that were consistent with drug trafficking.

Curtis had his first court appearance today at the Beltrami County Courthouse.
