Bemidji Girls Soccer Hoping To Contend For Section Title

A loss to Rogers in the Section 8AA semifinal last year left Bemidji with a sour taste in their mouth. Which Lumberjacks head coach Logan Larsen said, only fueled them this offseason. Bemidji only loses three girls off last year’s team, bringing back a core of players including seniors Rachael Holm, Lydia Bitter, Hannah Wilford and Laura Bieberdorf. But even with experience, comes some youth.

The team knows they need the underclassmen to step up, but admit it’s still a team game. Their biggest obstacle will be developing chemistry between the older and younger players. And if they can overcome that obstacle, they feel like nothing can stop this team.
