Bemidji Flushing Water Mains Could Discolor Water
The City of Bemidji Water Department will begin flushing water mains on Monday, April 29th, and they will continue flushing water mains over the next four weeks.
The water department will flush hydrants in a north to south pattern and they will end with flushing in the Nymore area.
During flushing, residents’ water may become discolored, and if this occurs you should let the water run until it becomes clear again.
Flushing will be daily from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The City of Bemidji Water Department apologizes for any inconveniences during the flushing program.
