Last year couldn’t have gone better for the Bemidji Boys Hockey team with 23 wins and their first state tournament appearance in nearly 30 years. But after going two and out in the tournament, the Lumberjacks are hungry for more.

Reflecting on previous seasons can be a good or bad thing for many teams. For the Bemidji Boys Hockey team, there’s a little bit of both. And with a new season ahead of them, the Lumberjacks are looking to get back to the state tournament.

Despite the lofty goals, the Jacks know it’s still early, and they still have some work to do. But with a roster full of experience, the team believes this is the year to make an impact.
