Beavers Begin Second Season Under DeVille

Beginning her second season as head coach of the Beavers, Chelsea DeVille says she’s pleased with the progress her nine returning players have made from a year ago. DeVille and the Beavers added seven new players in the offseason. But even with four seniors on the roster, she still considers this a young team with some growing up to do. However, with four returners who shot at least 34% from deep and five six-footers on the roster, the team believes they can be a force to be reckoned with, but only if they can consistently play strong on the defensive end of the court.
