Despite weather-related challenges, a festival in Hackensack is set to move forward.

Temperatures are expected to be brutally cold this weekend. According to the National Weather Service, Saturday’s high in Hackensack is expected to sit at -7 degrees. There will be a bonfire outside on Saturday night when a low of below -20 hits.

Several events, including an ice fishing contest scheduled for Saturday, have been cancelled due to a late winter. Multiple indoor activities will still go on for everyone to enjoy.
