Attorney Challenges Probable Cause in Rose Downwind Case

UPDATE ON ROSE DOWNWIND CASE:

During a contested omnibus hearing Tuesday, an attorney is challenging the probable cause against his client, Brandon Rossbach, alleged accomplice on the death of Rose Downwind.

Rossbach, 31, has been charged with aiding an offender, Marchello Cimmarusti, who pled guilty to the charge of second-degree intentional murder in April. Rossbach was named as one of two who assisted in disposing Downwind’s body.

Rossbach’s attorney, Kassius Benson also made a motion to suppress four search warrants used in the investigation.

Rossbach’s charge carries a maximum of 20 years in prison.
